Onion dipping sauce

WITH VEGETABLE STOCK

INGREDIENTS

1 tsp vegetable stock Bouillon Herkules
800 g onion
25 g unsalted butter
Spices of your choice (curry, pepper, chilli pepper, turmeric, etc.)

PREPARATION

Cut the onion into rings and sauté it in the butter for 20 min. until tender.
Add a teaspoon of Bouillon Herkules vegetable stock and stir well.
Mix until smooth and add the spices of your choice. You could also add a teaspoon of
nut oil.
Allow to cool and serve cold.

Delicious on bread, or with bread sticks or nachos.
