1 tsp vegetable stock Bouillon Herkules
800g onion
25g unsalted butter
spices of your choice (curry, pepper, chili pepper, turmeric, ...)
Stew the sliced onion in butter over a low heat for 20 minutes.
Add a teaspoon of vegetable stock and stir until well combined.
Mix the mixture finely and add herbs of your choice, possibly together with a teaspoon of nut oil.
Let cool and serve cold.
Tastes delicious on a piece of bread, with grissini or nachos.
