(stock dosage ± 22 g in 1.0 l water/liquid)
250g unsalted farm butter
herbs of your choice: fresh chives, garlic, paprika,…
Heat the butter and add the vegetable stock while stirring.
Afterwards, chop the herbs and add them as desired (garlic, parsley, etc.) Pour the butter mixture into a bowl and place it in a larger bowl filled with ice cubes. This will cool the substance and start to solidify. Finally, mix the whole thing into a smooth mass. Place this in the refrigerator until it has hardened.
