Chicken wings with roasted pepper sauce

INGREDIENTS

1 tsp chicken stock Bouillon Hercules
1 red bell pepper
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
olive oil
1 tsp paprika powder
chili flakes
8 chicken wings
salt and pepper
lime
sour cream

PREPARATION

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Cut the pepper and onion into quarters, leave the garlic cloves whole and place everything on a baking sheet with baking paper. Sprinkle with olive oil and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, fry the chicken wings in the pan over high heat until they are nicely brown.

When the vegetables are cooked and appear slightly blackened, put them in the blender.

Add a good dash of olive oil, a spoonful of chicken stock and a spoonful of paprika powder. and some chilli flakes. Blend everything until you have a smooth mixture.

Cover the chicken wings with a layer of the paprika sauce and sprinkle with pepper, salt and some chilli flakes. Let the chicken wings with sauce cook for another 10 minutes in the oven.

Serve the remaining sauce with the chicken wings for dipping.
Lime and sour cream are also tasty here to temper the spicy taste a bit.
