1 tbsp vegetable stock Herkules
1 bunch of radishes
Juice of half a lemon
200 g thick yoghurt
1 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp white sesame seeds
Olive oil
Pepper
Wash the radishes, leaving 1-2 cm of green.
You can fry this whole in a hot grill pan with some olive oil and a little vegetable stock.
For the dip, mix the (vegetable) yoghurt with the tahini, lemon juice and 1 tbsp olive oil with a dash of vegetable stock (it is best to heat the olive oil with the stock so that it becomes liquid).
Finish with pepper and sesame seeds.
